Channel Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

Location: Guangzhou, China

Job Responsibilities:

1. Operate within the overseas performance-based advertising and integrated marketing business, managing daily communication and operations for various traffic channels. Monitor campaign quality and performance, and promptly address needs and feedback from both internal and external stakeholders.

2. Maintain and deepen partnerships with channel providers, understand their requirements, and explore the potential of existing collaborations to expand scale and achieve revenue and profit targets.

3. Be driven by business demands, and continuously develop new high-quality traffic channels to support business growth objectives.

4. Stay updated on market trends, regularly review and analyze operational performance, identify opportunities for optimization and growth, and enhance overall operational quality and efficiency.

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above. 

2. Proficiency in English for daily work communication (CET-4 or equivalent is a baseline reference; practical ability is key). Experience in advertising operations is preferred.

3. Strong communication and negotiation skills, a collaborative team spirit, excellent time management, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multi-tasking work environment.

4. Proficient in basic data processing tools (e.g., Excel PivotTables, VLOOKUP), with solid data analysis skills and logical thinking.

5. Fast learning ability and problem-solving skills, self-motivated and proactive, with a strong results-driven mindset.

Senior Advertising Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

Location: Guangzhou, China

Job Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management & Business Growth: 

Manage end-to-end client relationships with global advertisers, from onboarding to ongoing strategic account management. Drive growth in client advertising budgets.

2. Resource Integration & Campaign Strategy Optimization: 

Lead the creation of customized user acquisition and advertising strategies for clients, leveraging a deep understanding of diverse traffic channel characteristics.

Integrate internal traffic resources to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of traffic allocation.

Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations to improve advertising ROI.

Research industry traffic trends and emerging channels, introducing innovative user acquisition solutions to the team.

3. Data Analysis, Risk Management & Value Demonstration:

Regularly track and analyze core business KPIs. Proactively identify data anomalies and potential risks (e.g., budget overruns, performance drops, traffic quality issues), perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.

4. Internal Collaboration & Strategic Contribution:

Communicate frontline client needs and market insights to internal teams, providing critical input for the iteration of the company's advertising products and the development of business strategy.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in internet advertising operations, including at least 1 year of hands-on ad deployment experience on platforms such as TikTok, Kwai, or Shopee.

3. Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including familiarity with mainstream domestic and international advertising channels, as well as tracking and attribution technologies.

4. Strong analytical skills and insight into overseas markets, with a proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on business growth opportunities.

5. Excellent communication skills, clear logical thinking, a results-oriented mindset, and strong customer service awareness.

6. Fluency in English (written and spoken), with the ability to use English effectively as a working language.
